About Eagles Landing
Eagles Landing is a mountain community in Spanish Fork Canyon near Birdseye, Utah, next to Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forest. Nestled behind Loafer Mountain, it is sheltered from harsh weather and surrounded by mostly untouched nature.
Matt Malouf develops Eagles Landing as part of his Utah real estate work through Malouf Capital Partners.
Room to Breathe
Large homesites give families space, privacy and big views:
- Lots from about half an acre to one acre
- Most lots border about 200 acres of common open space
- Equestrian rights and room for large gardens
- Build a custom home, including a solar-powered home, with a preferred builder
Built for Year-Round Living
Eagles Landing is a true residential neighborhood with year-round access. It is the only community in Birdseye with asphalt roads, and it has its own water source and water tank, plus Rocky Mountain Power and Dominion Energy service.
Adventure Out the Back Door
To the east, an extensive trail system reaches thousands of square miles of public lands for hiking, mountain biking and exploring. Yet shopping, restaurants, a hospital, golf and a movie theater are all less than 20 minutes away, and Spanish Fork is about 20 minutes off.
