About Matthew Paul Malouf

Biography

Matthew Paul (Matt) Malouf is a real estate developer and finance professional based in Utah and Texas. He has more than 30 years of experience in the acquisition, finance, development, and sales of residential and mixed-use communities.

Matt started his career in 1992 financing residential and commercial property, and spent 20 years as a licensed mortgage broker before focusing on developing and selling real estate. He has worked in every part of the business, from land planning and entitlements to construction and sales.

Today Matt leads Malouf Capital Partners, a DBA of Malouf Capital Inc., through which he develops and invests in real estate. He is also the founder of FundingB2B, a small-business funding company.

Matt's current projects include Eagles Landing in Birdseye, Utah; The Residences at Millcreek in Millcreek, Utah; Coyote Canyon Ranch in Marble Falls, Texas; Bridge Lending Advisors in Murray, Utah; and FundingB2B.
