About Coyote Canyon Ranch

Coyote Canyon Ranch, also called Coyote Ranch, is a planned 117.3-acre community in Marble Falls, in the heart of the Texas Hill Country. It brings together private estate living, boutique hospitality and a gathering place for life's biggest moments, all built around a signature surf and wake pool.

  • 146 planned estate lots and homes
  • A proposed 150-key boutique condo hotel
  • A 30,000 sq ft event center with overnight space for 50+ guests
  • A shared 30' x 85' surf and wake pool for homeowners, hotel guests and the event center

Location: Right Where Marble Falls Is Growing

Coyote Canyon Ranch sits next to Thunder Rock and near Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Marble Falls. It is minutes from Horseshoe Bay and downtown Marble Falls, about an hour to Austin and about 75 minutes to San Antonio.

Marble Falls is a booming Hill Country town with years of growth ahead, and Coyote Canyon Ranch is positioned to be part of it.

Hill Country Views, Day and Night

The ranch offers sweeping Texas Hill Country views. The hillside estate neighborhood looks out over Lake LBJ (Lake Lyndon B. Johnson), Lake Marble Falls and the Marble Falls bridge, which lights up the water at night.

Two Neighborhoods

The conceptual master plan lays out 146 homesites in two neighborhoods:

  • Single-Family Residential: 90 planned half-acre homesites on about 65 acres along winding streets, with Hill Country views.
  • Hillside Executive Residential: 56 planned estate homesites on about 42 acres near the entry, set around a community lake, with lake and bridge views.

Sample custom home designs run from about 3,000 to 3,800 sq ft, in Modern Cottage, Hill Country Traditional and Modern Traditional styles. Plans are conceptual and subject to change.

An Event Center for Every Celebration

The 30,000 sq ft event center is planned to host weddings, receptions, corporate retreats, family reunions and other events, with overnight space for 50+ guests. A wedding venue and pavilion are part of the plan, and event center reservations are expected to open in early 2027.

Stay, Surf and Explore

About 10 acres at the heart of the ranch are planned as a boutique destination resort: about 4 acres for the hotel, guest rooms, casitas, restaurant and spa, and about 6 acres for the event center.

  • A 30' x 85' surf and wake pool shared by homeowners, hotel guests and event center guests
  • A community lake and fishing club
  • A trail network and a vista view area
  • An iconic entry
